Jefrs, please do not tell me what to do, you have no idea of my skill sets and background, and VERY obviously you have no idea of the dent removal kit available these days. It has been designed so there is no need in many cases to be able to get behind a dent. It either uses vacuum or a suitable pad glued on and the dent jacked out.
Used old fashioned kit does indeed a highly skilled person, modern kit does not.

On a side note I have a badly dented tank (Left in garden) For years ,But seeing the Price of New ones maybe??///I seem, to remember back in the 70s one firm Filling them with water ,then Pressurizing and then Poping the dents out...
