Most of the assistants barely look old enough to drive let alone have mechanical experience and yet people trust them to fit car headlight bulbs. It is probably why a lot of cars have one light well off beam. They have got the advantage of small hands to do it I guess.

The difference between a Halfords car bulb and a halfords Bike bulb is :- £2 and the colour of the card. I've never had a problem with fitting a bulb intended for a car into a bike. in fact, - I can't remember the last time one blew...Most of the bulbs I buy are for repairs on other peoples bikes, or resto' projects.
