Hey , I would have a look at your oil pump to see if it's lapped in OK as you have most of the engine apart so as you have peace of mind .
A cup of oil in the crank cases should be 2 table spoons of oil and replace the crank cork seal with a bonded neopreen rubber one...again for peace of mind . My last crank re-build was in 1999 and it's still going strong though I put Jap roller bearings in for a longer life and it seems to have paid off . I went for the forged piston 535cc but with brand new oil that was too thick for running in my piston got tight in only a few mins...that was a close shave , running in is to be done very carefully for the first 20 miles or so then re tighten the head nuts and you should be on your way for 10 odd years before you pull that baby apart again .
