Hi Barry, I'll get over and talk with Guy about what settings they are running, I know they have a 36mm carb on it and still think it is running out of puff, they are using a threaded needle to give finer adjustment. I haven't seen the website so I'm not sure at what stage of development it was at then but it now has a 5 speed which had to be cable operated because it had to be moved back 15mm to fit the belt drive and a heavily ventilated front drum which apparently works extremely well under hard braking. There is a 612 I put together last year that was put on a dyno recently but it was only putting out 28hp. It has an Ace piston fitted. Looks like we will get a head over to Speed Dogs head man for a few of his porting mods
