Hi matey----- could you just confirm that the needle jet fitted is P4 ?? Your post had O4 written. Cheers.

Alan R.  The standard jet on the 28mm mikcarb for a 500 Classic is a P-0.  The next two sizes are P-2 and P-4.  In my "getting-tuned" 500cc Classic (8:1, high , K&N cotton filter, lift cams, shortie exhaust, larger valves, ported head, larger bore downpipe) I find the P-4 is just too rich so use the P-2 with a 130 main jet, P2.5 slide and 30 pilot jet. Hope that helps.

Hello Alan, Sorry I made a mistake. I've fitted a P4 needle jet. This was a result of road testing.
