Great minds and all that, I'm always tweaking what I carry with me, I don't have room for surplus items, decent multi purpose items are ideal, I don't carry sockets or 'sets' of anything, just relevant sizes that fit something on my bike.
The main criteria is, it must fit in the toolbox, or stow out of the way, I have a lithium battery that is shorter than the norm, so a couple of spares can be stowed on top of that. Personally, I really dislike the leather tool rolls hanging off the bike anywhere.
Of course, the best bit of kit is the recovery card in my wallet.

What mini-pump do you use Exile (or anyone else?). I've been looking online for one, and they vary hugely in price and size. I've more or less settled on this AA one -- https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00HWMPK6S. Hard to see how/where they'll fit without holding it.

Also wondering how long it takes to inflate a motorcycle tyre with one of those little hand pumps.

I've an Interceptor 650 and the spoked wheels mean the tires are tubed, but there's not a lot of room for tools compared with a Bullet.

I use a bicycle pump, as shown on the first page of this thread. Yes I’m sure an electric one would be easier, but this still pumped up a Transalp rear tyre in not too much time.

I carry a kit similar to this on my Honda CB750, which has ally wheels and tubeless tyres:

I also carried one in my BMW 330, which had different sized tyres front to back and no spare wheel. I also carried an electric pump that could inject latex into the tyre in that car because I commuted long distance on the M1 when I owned it. The one time I needed a new tyre it took a week to get a new one with the correct high speed specification, so the car had to be taken off the road.

That type of repair kit is no good for a Bullet with tubed tyres on spoked wheels, though; but the CO2 bottles could be used to rapidly inflate a repaired or replacement tube.

I tend to leave things like chain lube and WD40 on the garage shelf, not needed on the road if space at a premium, and there is always a bit of oil on the end of the dipstick if something needs easing. I was interested in the photo of items; is that a Spanish toilet flush seal top right - or have we discovered a "dual use" item? Regarding space for inflation devices for tyres, anyone carry one of those Sparklet style cartridge inflaters that I have seen cyclists use? Certainly effortless to use and very compact. Or here's one for the workshop potterers, how about a converted spark plug with a tube long enough to reach wheel and valve connector on the end..... kick over bike and inflate tyre..?

So it looks like the little bicycle pump is a viable option. I was sceptical, but if it gets you there in the end...

I actually have one in my bicycle pannier, so it will be re-deployed. :)
