I was out on the Himalayan over the bank holiday weekend practising my off road skills down a local green lane when the trees and the bushes became more and more overgrown. The space between the branches narrowed as I travelled forward and at one point my front brake level collided with a stubborn branch which sharply applied my front brake which in turn threw me off balance and I fell off. Is there some type of accessory to remedy unwanted front brake operation and avoid this happening again? :?:

I suggest you going on an off roading course.
Other than than that PART No. 92713A in our hosts accessories for the Himalayan may be of use.

On a more constructive note - may I suggest our host's barkbusters - a must if you are taking your bike off - road, they are designed for the bike and fit well.

Wow I didn’t realise Hitchcocks sold those handguards for Himalayans…Just what I need. They look like little fairings so do they help to keep your hands warm and dry too. They will certainly stop my clutch and brake levers catching on my shed door frame when I get the bike in and out. Thanks guys. :D
