Does anyone know who does a High Level Exhaust for the model G tried hitchcocks and Armours.

Have one made. It's not prohibitively expensive.

I agree about having one made. I have done it a few times by making a pattern using a copper pipe covered by foam pipe insulation for the diameter of the tube.

Yes sorry I missed the second line of your question. I have had an exhaust made by Alldens, stainless steel, excellent quality and reasonable price, but they did need the bike to do it.
