CI Bullet 500; recently I removed back wheel to change tyre; on starting the bike(without back wheel) I noticed the brake drum rotating slowly at idling speed with increased spinning at opening up; could still easily stop in by holding the drum - obviously with back wheel in place would have never noticed it. Is this slowly spinning normal?

Thank all for the reassuring replies; yes, it rotates the right way. Alan R, a reasonable question! I would have put the new tyre on straight away, but it turned out to be not a 3 minute job; then other things come up and you leave it; then you think I have to get onto this now,I wonder if the battery is still holding its charge, I better see if Mr Bullet still want to talk to me first!
