If the kill switch is off the starter motor does not spin and the mil light is off. The ABS light is on so that is fed directly off the ignition switch proving that this has two outputs. The fact the starter spins does say the main fuse is OK as is the feed to the starter button and ignition switch. From the kill switch to the ECU is as though the switch is off though. This is where I'd be looking.

Starter motor will still spin if the side stand switch is faulty too, there just won't be a spark at the plug.

The starter won't spin if the clutch switch is faulty, which would suggest that's okay at least.
