Could anyone help me with setting ign timing with thorspark kit installed.Bike spitting back through carb.

If the engine runs it can't be far out. I'd just tweak it.

According to the Thorspark website you will still have the manual advance / retard fitted. You need to make sure your timing is accurately set as per both the original instructions and the Thorspark ones. At the moment it sounds as if you are too far advanced so as Pete says, a bit of tweaking needed!
