Must be a sign that I've spent too long driving cars, but a couple of times a week I forget to cancel my indicators after making a turn. Matters aren't helped by (i) the bright Australian sun making it near-impossible to see the LED blinking on the instrument panel (is it just me, or are these LEDs weak as?) and (ii) the lunatics driving cars and SUVs around where I live.

So, without any great expectations, I bought myself a Smart Turn System, after not finding anything similar currently available on this website.

To my surprise, it just works like it says on the packet. Changing lanes, roundabouts - it deals with them all. Installation took a little while - the device is small, but my the casquette on late model Bullets is getting crowded.

I have no connection to the company; just another Enfield rider, whose wife is slightly happier now about my riding.

Not cheap, but a quality piece of kit. Might be worthwhile Hitchcocks looking at stockingit?

I bought a Beeper from Dick Smith electronics a few years ago. Not much use a speed with ear plugs and helmet, but it reminds me when stationary outside the crowded pub veranda.

Beepers are easy to wire up, you just need a couple of diodes and you can do the whole thing in the headlight.
