Hi.
Just stripped down head and cylinder to work on tappets. The cylinder bore seems good with only very light vertical marks. I did notice the bottom oil scrapper ring (?) seems to be in separate parts, is this correct. On my old BSA A10 it was in one piece, two thin rings separated by a corrugated spacer, but on my Electra the bottom thin scrapper ring is loose, is this correct? Also is it a good idea to renew all the rings whilst I have the head of?
