I don’t think we should underestimate the improvement that fitting the 535 conversion may make to performance. While fitting the 535 conversion will not in itself transform the engine’s performance it may make a very considerable difference when used together with a few of the other tuning parts offered by our hosts – and don’t forget that this conversion makes use of the excellent UK made forged piston. For that reason calculating a percentage performance increase shouldn’t be related simply to increased capacity but also take account of gains from the improved piston (not so easy to calculate!).

Correction: EFI upgrade uses the equally fine Wössner piston.

Apparently the piston on a Bullet stays still and the bike goes up and down.
