If the mayonnaise is only in the breather tube then no worries. Mayonnaise under the filler cap, in the oil, is a problem. What comes out of the breather is mostly hot air, 500cc at a time, which will cause atmospheric water vapour to mix nicely with the oil droplets and form the familiar emulsion, in the breather tube itself.

A car may produce mayonnaise under the filler cap. Some mayonnaise may be considered normal, from the breather, from the air, but excess may indicate a blown head, but the water will be from the coolant; you might also see oil in the water (bad news). You don't get that with an air-cooled motor.
