Waltr, as a dealership you are going to need the latest workshop manuals from RE, and they are infamous for not advertising changes to their bikes. I posted what I know of steering geometry on another thread here. The forks are detailed on pp.188-189 of the 2009/2010 Workshop Manual for E5 (Electra), G5 (Bullet) and C5. The latest "straight" (no axle offset) type are different again. Double action means slower rebound than compression damping, the earlier fork was double action but not as sophisticated. Progressive springing means a compound soft/firm spring.

I know what progressive rate springs are I just never heard the term dual-action. We are getting the full service package with special tools, service parts, ECU interface capability and manuals. It will interesting to see how they impliment dual-action without a cartridge system.
