Got Tappet guide out but having trouble getting cam spindle out with extractor, will start new topic regarding this, cheers, Jez

Just a note to say that i used a slim deep socket on a long thin extension for the cylinder head nuts under the rockers, no need to remove the rocker assembly, interestingly, the head nuts under the rocker assembly didn't have washers under them but the other 4 head nuts did?

The nuts have built-in serrated washers at the base, or at least those the factory fitted to mine. A.

All back together and running, apart from problems removing cam spindle pretty straight forward , thanks everyone for help, cheers, Jez
