Hello
The standard exhaust pipes fitted to the 1958 700cc Super Meteor are
1 1/2 ins diameter with 1 3/4 stubs,that fits into the silencer.
Does anyone know, if the exhaust pipes fitted to the 1964 750cc Interceptor (USA spec) part nos 45668 & 45670, witch are 1 1/2 diameter, without stubs.
Are the same shape and radius, and will fit the Super Meteor with new
1 1/2 bore silencers.

Chris, I have a 1965 built Interceptor and I can say that the left pipe is definitely a different shape, it has a kink to pass under the primary chaincase. I will have a look later and see if the other dimensions are similar.
