Hi all, latest instalment of my sprag replacement.




Bike and bits all cleaned up ready for assembly. A few things I noticed/found as I went along. First, the clutch retaining nut, (Nylock), was only finget tight!, second, the large bolt head on the bottom frame/sidestand plate was not tight, and thirdly, the wheel mount plate that the brake and axle bolt to on left side of swing fork is slightly bent, which is pulling the wheel over to the right when the brake/sprocket nut is tightened. I am going to remove the swing arm and attempt to pull it true in my big vice!
Otherwise all is good to go for re-assembly with the new German sprag assembly.
