Have a look at this, a "new" WD Enfield frame. Looks like it's been knocked up from the front half of an Indian Bullet, but what about the rest?! Ebay item number 121523724934

Mark the back half certainly looks original unless they have done a good job of making and fitting the cast fittings, the rest is obviously new Indian

I would say the Back half has also been reproduced in India same as forks. It looks like they done well but I would need to see it in flesh to really tell and see how well its aligned. I've seen loads of girder forks that look good but when examined close up they are not that much bottle some are very badly made. Yes someone is recast all the fittings and brackets in India they seen to be getting better and copying everything like the Chinese.

They've been around for a few years Mark. Not sure I'd feel too safe on that contrived bullet/rigid frame but Apparently the repro girder forks aren't too bad and there's different versions for different pre war bikes.

I think that the front frame is an Indian Bullet and the rear is an original Model G. The front of the engine cradle looks have been bent up to accommodate the shorter unit construction frame. It could have been done better.
