Evening all! As well as an Electra I have a triumph t100ss 1963.
Which on recent outings has developed a misfire after about 10/12 miles,if left for 10 mins will start and run normally for about the same distance again.
Any ideas where I should start looking?
Cheers

If the bike is standard with the points and not electronic ignition, I would agree with the previous advice also check the points, this model has two sets and a misfire can be caused by oil leaking onto them or sometimes the heel wears and one set is almost closed and when warm fails to open correctly, start by checking the points (clean/correctly gapped)and replace the spark plugs.
