Might be a long shot this...."Put on a new coil and the problem went away only to start again and get worse"...is it possible that you have a wire shorting out maybe against the frame and you disturbed it when fitting the new coil and it has vibrated back to its original position. Maybe as engine revs go up it shorts out again. We had a similar problem years ago with a B40 which was eventually traced to a feed wire for the coil which had an internal break in the copper core that separated enough to cause a misfire at higher revs but connected again at lower revs, took ages to find it! As the problem went away for a short while after changing the coil I would examine that area for possible solutions. Ian
