Hi, I have a 2002 electric start that Im rebuilding at the moment, the electric start doesn't work and to be honest I dont really need, my question is would it be possible to remove it completely and also swap the inner chain case for an earlier one (one that doesn't have that ugly casting that takes the starter) many thanks, Ricasso

Yes in the parts catalogue there is just the right kit which includes everything you need including Tap for the three holes you need too drill along with full instructions. Its not a difficult job hardest part is drilling the holes.

Does this fit my Enfield?

This is a kit that converts electric start models to kickstart only models. It replaces the necessary parts on the chaincase including the inner chaincase. This kit will require the drilling and tapping of three holes in the crankcase of which full instructions and the necessary tap is included.
