You might be able to fit the 350 K/S Machismo (or pre-UCE Thunderbird) 6 wire alternator and CDI, that uses a souped up version of the standard '99-on 4 wire Bullet stator and a similar rotor to the original, it also has the crank mounted reluctor arm (as an extension of the alternator's crank spacer) and trigger mechanism. You might also need the Machismo/Thunderbird outer primary casing to go with it, I don't know the width of this assembly compared to the normal 3 (?) wire alternor your '93 model is using, and how much re-wiring would be involved for converting the headlights to A/C, it might need the Machismo wiring loom too.

Currently shown as out of stock, but their BSA unit single option looks to be identical. Shame it only has a 50w lighting coil, but you can get 12v 35w H4 headlamp bulbs!
