Fill till it comes out of the level plug hole...

I have one that is giving me the horrors at the moment, I put sealed bearings in it on Monday, put oil in it and left it on the sidestand and next morning a puddle of oil under it, put it on the center stand and no problems, I can't find where it is coming from. I'm wondering if the case has a crack in it somewhere

As feared, oil or grease, the leak is a leak... I'll go get the parts ordered.

It's running pretty hot too - is that normal? Suppose I'd better check valve clearances while it's on the bench.

I put a box together a few days ago but I didn't have an oil slinger for the bearing and because I had to get the box back together( box inner bits came in a cardboard box with lots missing) so that I could see if the motor would run. Put some oil in the box and when I got the motor running I was staggered as to the amount of oil that pumped out of the bearing cap. Had to shut the motor quickly it was that bad
