I'm not quiet sure what is meant by covering the top exposed forks without buying the extra short cover tubes at Â£10 each... I'm happy with the look. Anyway, I filled the forks with 200ml each of oil but no joy, they're awful. The bottom out under the weight of the bike. What on earth could I have done?!?! HaHa. Strip down tomorrow.

matt you can use the origional steel covers cut then off level with the bottom of the yolk ,you can then retain the mast head between the forks ,thats what i did, would put a photo on but i,m no computor expert atb paul.

Just an update. The shocks are working properly now. All I did was strip them down and rebuild again, I found no fault. This time they feel great. Weird.
