Hello Folks...

Right I have been looking at a Nice 2005 ish Home Mkt 350 'Machismo'..
With an Ally looking Avl ,Lean Burn, Electra X what have Engine you Engine etc.etc

Q: He said it might not be Lean Burn? Is this true??

Q: Is it the same Motor as the old thunder Bird?

Q:Any one running one on here ??Advice

Q: Whats Hitchcocks Support/Spares situation like for the 350 Ally?

Not up on the 350's, but assuming the basics are the same as the 500, have a look at page 4 of the 2012 catalogue online on this site for pictures of original, lean burn Electra X and modern engines which should confirm the engine fitted. I am fairly sure that the first bike to have electronic ignition was the Electra X, thus the name, (i.e. not with a gizmo replacing points for an aftermarket elctronic ignition set-up) and there should be an AVL connection in front of the spark plug, or a blanking piece if it's been removed, like most if not all of the bikes on this site. Not much but I hope it helps.....

Hitchcocks Confirmed That Engine Parts For the 350AVL/Leanburn are the same on the Thunderbird as Machismo Indian Special 350............
