When opening the throttle from closed I've noticed a flat spot. This is quite obvious and is almost like turning a switch to turn the injection on with a slight delay. Any ideas?

Are you taking about after a cold start or when hot and running at full temperature. How many km and is the B5 model? More information please

Sorry I'm late answering but I've been busy.
It is not a B5 it is a 2009 Electra EFI and has done 7000 miles.
