My old work Bullet has done around 20.000 Miles I had changed the speedo from new for A Miles Per Hour And Mileometer Smiths replica one. Its done 20.846 Miles just checked the Engine is still all original not even had the head off just routine servicing Points Plugs Oil Etc. Its Still going strong only thing I do is sometimes give it a squirt of Redex in the Plug hole after servicing to get rid of carbon build up and a squirt in the petrol when I remember.
My only Bug bear is the Amp Meter I'm on the Fourth One so far and thats just packed up yet again. Is the Lucas one any better and dose it last longer than 5000 miles without the needle wagging like a demented dogs tail..
