I have a lUCAS horn on above bike. I think it is HF1441 as I have seen a similar horn on ebay as to style. It conisist of what looks like basically two halves, a clamp to keep it  together and a 'floating' like disc with two brass nuts on a bolt through thehorn. There are no working parts inside and I wonder if anyone knows how this can be repaired. It ais a while since I took it apart and maybe going a bit wooly in terms of how it is constructed. I have dummy cables running to it but the actiual working horn is under the seat. All electric cables to the dummy horn give  a circuit but I don't know what should be inside the horn and wonderred if anyone has fitted a 6 volt 'pattern'part inside such a mechanism. I am basically have worked on the bike and used it for a couple of years thinking can I finish it off although it is only a cosmetic change. Anyway any help appreciated.  Thanks and now the sun's out enjoy the summer riding to come. Hugh

As the previous post said, the horn that I believe should be fitted is a Lucas Altette. These can be expensive, but if you are lucky they do crop up on ebay from time to time for not too much.

I picked up a working one without the chrome outer ring (car type) on ebay a while back and although I can't remember the actual price it won't have been more than £20 because I'm a tight arse.
